Golf Tournament - Sunday, June 14, 2009

Golf Scramble Tournament - starts at 9:00 a.m.

Conference registrants and registered guests are eligible to participate in the MARC Conference Golf Scramble Tournament to be held at "The Bear." The golf course was designed by the golf great Jack Nicklaus.

Cost for Conference Participants & Guests

$125 - Government Rate
$195 - Non-Government Rate

Price includes: 18 holes of golf at "The Bear", continental breakfast, boxed lunch, golfer's reception, and an additional round of golf (for same day)

Free Additional Golf Play for the Day

Grand Traverse Resort & Spa will also offer any participant of the Golf Scramble Tournament an additional round of golf on any of the three golf courses ( The Bear, The Wolverine, Spruce Run) on Sunday, June 14, 2009, at no additional cost. This will be based on availability and golfers can make tee times after the event.

Dress Code

Proper golf attire is required to play on The Bear, The Wolverine and Spruce Run golf courses. A collared shirt, long pants or walking shorts are acceptable. T-Shirts, tank tops, athletic shorts, cut-offs or jeans are NOT permitted.

Golf Equipment

Golfers should contact the Grand Traverse Resort Pro Shop to rent golf clubs and other equipment. Metal spiked shoes are not allowed on the golf courses.
