Cell Phones and Electronic Communication Devices
In consideration of speakers and colleagues, please turn off all cellular phones and other communication devices when in conference sessions. Your cooperation and courtesy is appreciated.
Suggested Conference Attire: Business Casual
Business casual dress is defined as khaki slacks, polo-type shirts,
or button-down collared shirts, blazers or sweaters for the gentlemen. Slacks,
skirts, polo-type shirts or blouses, blazers or sweaters and comfortable shoes are
appropriate for the ladies.
President's Dinner: Attire is cocktail casual.
Golf Attire
Collared shirt, long pants or walking shorts are acceptable. (Unacceptable attire: T-shirt, tank top, athletic shorts, cut-offs or jeans.) Metal spikes are not allowed at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa.

Please wear your name tag for all conference events. Your name tag is required for entry to breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for all conference general sessions and concurrent workshops.

The MARC registration and information desk will be open during the following hours:

Cancellations and Refunds
Conference registrations cancelled in writing by email or fax before June 1, 2009 will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee (less a $100 administrative fee). Golf scramble registrations, if cancelled before June 1, 2009, will be eligible for a refund, less a $40 administration fee.
