Cancellation and Refund Policy
Conference registrations cancelled in writing by email or fax before June 1, 2009 will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee (less a $100 administrative fee).
Golf scramble registrations, if cancelled before June 1, 2009, will be eligible for a refund, less a $40 administration fee.
Refunds will be issued by check, unless otherwise requested. Please allow 60 days for refund processing.
To cancel your conference or golf registration, please include your:
