President and Chief Executive Officer

John Bear was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Midwest ISO on Jan. 16, 2009. Mr. Bear has more than 20 years of executive leadership in the utility industry and is a strong proponent of market transparency and efficiency.

American Wind Energy Association

Chief Executive Officer

Denise Bode is the Chief Executive Officer of the American Wind Energy Association, the national trade association of the U.S. wind energy industry. Ms. Bode is a nationally recognized energy policy expert and served for nine years on the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

DTE Energy

Chairman of the Board/Chief Executive Officer

Anthony F. Earley, Jr. has been chairman of the board and chief executive officer since 1998 and was also DTE Energy's president and chief operating officer from 1994 - 2004. He joined the company in 1994, and that same year was elected to the board. In June 2009, Tony Earley will become chairman of the Edison Electric Institute.

Carl English is responsible for all of the American Electric Power's utility business operations and related business functions, including Regulatory Services, Environment, Safety, Health and Shared Services operations.

David W. Joos has served since October 2004 as President and Chief Executive Officer of CMS Energy and Chief Executive Officer of Consumers Energy. He is a member of the board of directors of Steelcase, Inc., the Edison Electric Institute (EEI), the Michigan Manufacturers Association and the Detroit Renaissance Inc.

Commissioner Marc Spitzer is a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Commissioner Spitzer believes the FERC's primary missions are to ensure that America's ratepayers have safe, economic, and reliable supplies of electricity and natural gas; and transparent, robust and competitive wholesale energy markets.

ITC Holdings Corp.

Chairman, President and CEO

Joseph L. Welch established ITC as a stand-alone entity from its parent corporation in 2003 and as the country's first, and to date, only publicly-traded, independent transmission company in 2005.
