General Information

Cell Phones and Electronic Communication Devices: Please turn off all cellular phones and other communication devices when in conference sessions to be considerate of speakers and colleagues. Your cooperation and courtesy is appreciated.
Suggested Conference Attire: Business Casual: Business casual dress is defined as khaki slacks, polo-type shirts, or button-down collared shirts, blazers or sweaters for the gentlemen. Slacks, skirts, polo-type shirts or blouses, blazers or sweaters and comfortable shoes are appropriate for the ladies.
Golf Attire: Collared shirt, long pants or walking shorts are acceptable. (Unacceptable attire: T-shirt, tank top, athletic shorts, cut-offs or jeans.) Metal spikes are not allowed at the Shoal Creek Golf Course.
Additional Golf Course and Tournament Information
Name Tags: Please wear your name tag for all conference events. Your name tag is required for entry to breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for all conference general sessions and concurrent workshops.

Registration and Information Desk: The MARC registration and information desk will be open during the following hours:

Child Care: Young guests attending the conference with their parents may register for an alternative function to be held during the President's dinner, in order to allow their parents to attend the dinner. Detailed information regarding this will be posted later and will require advance registration and an additional fee.

Child care services are not in any way affiliated with the hotel or MARC 2010. Consequently, the hotel or MARC 2010 is not responsible for the services rendered by these agencies. The concierge will provide referrals for their guests' convenience as to the availability of independent agencies that may be contacted by the guests. Neither the Westin nor MARC makes any representation as to the qualifications of the child care services or whether such services are bonded or insured.

Cancellations and Refunds: Conference registrations cancelled in writing by mail, email or fax on or before May 3, 2010 will be eligible for a refund of their registration fee (less a $100 administration fee). Golf scramble registrations, if cancelled on or before May 3, 2010, will be eligible for a refund (less a $40 administration fee).
