The Westin Crown Center is located in the Hallmark Crown Center conveniently situated in downtown Kansas City offering stunning views of the city. The luxurious hotel is close to premier shops, restaurants, theatres, museums, and attractions such as the Liberty Memorial, Union Station, and Bartle Hall Convention Center.

The accommodations have the signature Heavenly Bed, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, outdoor heated swimming pool, and jogging track, as well as tennis courts, and a world-class spa. The Brasserie Bar offers the guests time to unwind with Kansas City BBQ and jazz music, open Monday – Friday, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm.
Conference-Rate Westin Hotel Reservations
A limited number of conference rate hotel rooms are available. Prices are as follows:
- Single Room: $107.00
- Double Room: $132.00 *
- * Double rate applies to two conference attendees in the same room.
All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 15.225%, as well as the following automatic or mandatory charges Kansas City Development Fee, which is $1.50 plus tax per room night [e.g., resort charges, service charges, etc.]. Rate includes internet.
These guest room rates will be offered by the Westin 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
- Early Departure Fee $75.00
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within MARC's guest room block checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Westin at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Westin will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in.

General Directions to the Hotel
- From Kansas City International Airport (MCI)
- Take Interstate 29 South to Highway 169 South. Continue on Highway 169 South across the Broadway Bridge over the Missouri River (Hwy 169 becomes Broadway, do not turn right). Follow Broadway 18 blocks to Pershing and turn left to the hotel.
- From East
- Take I-70 West into the city. Exit onto Interstate 670 West (left exit) and proceed one mile. Exit on Broadway and turn left. Go 12 blocks to Perishing Road and turn left. The hotel is ahead 3 blocks on the right.
- From West
- Take I-70 East to Interstate 670 East (left exit). Proceed on I-670 East to I-35 South. Take I-35 South to the 20th Street Exit which the 1st exit (happens quickly). Take a left on 20th Street, right on Main and a left on Pershing.
- From South
- Take Interstate 35 North and exit on Broadway and turn right. Go 12 blocks to Pershing Road and turn left. Proceed 3 blocks and the hotel will be on the right just past Main Street.
